PVCOOL

Flexible high efficiency solar panels

The PVCOOL flexible solar panel  is designed  for installation on curved surfaces applications where high battery-charging current from a small footprint is desirable. Our mono-crystalline silicon solar cells combine higher voltage per cell with an extremely low voltage-temperature coefficient to enable superior battery charging performance at high operating temperature. Exceptional low-light performance and broad spectral response further enhance energy delivery in all weather conditions, year round. Panel has  low weight 0.33 kg, small size 230x775mm and 30W POWER, what makes it ideal application for electric and hybrid cars, caravan roofs. PVCOOL SPBF series solar modules comes with transparent rear and  with 30%(10 watts)) extra power from the rear side are applicable for electric bikes . Bifacial modules produce from 10% up to 30% more energy in comparison with monofacial modules with the same dimensions due to albedo reflection of surfaces and objects around.

Features & Benefits

Unique back-contact solar cells with conversion efficiency up to 21.5% Extremely  low voltage-temperature coefficient ensures maximum battery charging current is available even during high-temperature operation Highest quality 0.75 mm-thick high-transmission strengthened polymer provides enhanced stiffness and impact resistance

Advanced Polymer encapsulation system with fiberglass  enforcement provides excellent  long-term package durability and UV stability

SPF Solar Panels produce twice more power compared to  flexible silicon amorphous solar modules

Technological Leaders

As technological leaders in solar concentrators , we know what our clients want: PVCOOL develops and manufactures lowest cost $/kWhour output solar plants for any installation size, all power classes and any specifications worldwide, regardless of the type of applications. Either you are in a Project of Solar Plant or upgrade existing installed Solar panels with our Albedo Plus Solar technology, we guarantee electricity cost will be competitive to main grid electricity providers.

Innovation is our priority

We are proud to announce to be supplier in partnership with Fuji Fuels PTY. LTD, for first in the world cogeneration Photovoltaic Concentrators solar farm to be build in  Australia  for Algae growing and biodiesel production.

In Partnership with East coast Green energy (South Gippsland, Victoria), PVCOOL planning to install 200 cogeneration PV/Thermal roof integrated systems in 2010.

PVCOOL has developed Solar Power plant for recycling non-ferrous metals with use of electrolysis refining. 1MW Solar plant will be build in Victoria and will be able to refine 700t of copper and  other non-ferrous metals per year. The use of DC current in process eliminates rectifiers , inverters, regulators and battery storage systems. All above dramatically will reduce cost of produced electricity.  Noncontinuous electrolysis process makes system less cost, due to fact of avoiding energy storage and grid connections. PVCOOL-SP solar concentrators with advanced high efficient PV modules will reduce cost of electricity to 6.4 c/kW-hour with total capitalisation cost of solar plant $2.8m.

PVCOOL hold many worldwide patents in PV/Thermal Cogeneration.
